Mizra

Web Agency · Israel

Building the infrastructure of an Israeli web agency from zero — before the first client signs.

01 — Problem

The Israeli SMB market is underserved and hard to reach.

Small businesses in Israel — restaurants, clinics, law firms, beauty salons, contractors — need professional websites but have no trusted local provider who speaks their language, understands their market, and delivers fast. Most agencies are overpriced, slow, or generic. Cold outreach doesn't work if the message sounds corporate. WhatsApp does — if you know how to write it.

No local trust

Israeli SMBs don't respond to cold emails. They respond to direct, human, Hebrew-first outreach.

Overpriced market

Most Tel Aviv agencies quote ₪8,000+ for a site a focused builder can ship in 3 days.

No pipeline

Without a system, outreach is noise. Every lead needs to be tracked, followed up, and converted automatically.

02 — Approach

Build the machine before you need it.

Market Segmentation

Identified 8 high-intent sectors: restaurants, cafes, beauty salons, clinics, lawyers, barbershops, contractors, sports coaches. Built a dedicated landing page for each.

Lead Pipeline

Scraped 9,595 local business leads via Lobstr. Imported into Supabase. Segmented by sector and city. Pipeline ready for systematic outreach.

WhatsApp Outreach

Built WATI integration for WhatsApp outreach. Dropped corporate tone, switched to minimal conversational Hebrew, withheld mockup until prospect responds.

Back-Office

Built full custom back-office: invoicing, onboarding, PDF proposal analyzer via Anthropic API, IL/FR section split. A system that runs without a team.

Field Sales

Deployed Bethsabée — Hebrew-speaking phone outreach agent on hourly rate + 20% commission. Every call tracked in CRM with Supabase persistence.

05 — Status

The pipeline is built. The market is real.

Mizra is in active acquisition phase. The infrastructure is complete — leads scraped, pages live, outreach running, back-office operational. This is what it looks like to build a business with software instead of headcount.
